Head coach Beau Sarwinski was quoted, “This was a solid win for us, and we played hard on a hot, humid night. I thought we had good effort from the beginning to the end of the game.” Nick Sarwinski said, “We came out strong in the first half, scoring a couple touchdowns, and playing well on defense. We struggled a bit in the second half, but we pulled away with a solid win.”
Galena travels to Prairie View this upcoming Friday, hoping to go 3-0 on the season.
