Galena Mining & Historical Museum Perform ‘Trouble On Red Hot Street’

On Tuesday, September 24th, the Galena Mining and Historical Museum held their annual membership drive with a play, ‘Trouble on Red Hot Street,” which was written and directed by Lola Wade.
Members of the cast included: Narrator/young boy: Dillon Leggett; Sweet Young Sal: Zoey Smith; Bartender: Myron Leggett; Ma Staffelback: Melba Rigg; Tiger Bill: Robert Wuerderman; Lola Gillespi: Janae Pollock; Charles Gillespi Jr: An audience member; Betsy Wilson: MaKenzie Grey; Herbert Wilson: James Ferguson; Little girl with her dog: Laila Smith; E.B. Schermerhorn: Aaron Pollock; King and Duke: Bill Davis and Gracee Dunlavy; Nonesuch: Kelly Gartner; Red Hot Street Dance Girls: Katherine Smith, MaKenzie Grey, Gracee Dunlavy, Kelsi VanBecelaere; Marshal: Kelly Gartner; Jesse James: Wes Shoemaker; Belle Starr: Gracee Dunlavy; Porter Clark: Fred Billingsley. The set was designed and built by Fred Billingsley and Rudy.
