NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

Under and by virtue of an Order for Sale issued by the Clerk of the District Court of Cherokee County, Kansas, in the above cause numbered 18-CV-39, wherein the parties above-mentioned were respectfully plaintiffs and defendants, I, will on the 27th day of June, 2019, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. on said day, at the North front door of the Cherokee County Courthouse, 110 West Maple, in the City of Columbus, County of Cherokee, State of Kansas, offer at public sale and sell to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, the following described real estate situated in Cherokee County, Kansas, together with all and singular the improvements, fixtures, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, to-wit:
TRACT I: Lots One hundred Seven (107), One hundred Eight (108), and One hundred Nine (109) in Smith and Moeller’s Addition to Galena, Cherokee County, Kansas, according to the recorded plat thereof.

TRACT II: The North Ten Feet (N 10’) of Lot One Hundred Twenty (120), and all of Lots One Hundred Twenty-one (121), One Hundred Twenty-two (122), One Hundred Twenty-three (123), One Hundred Twenty-four (124), and One Hundred Twenty-five (125) in the Smith and Moeller’s Addition to Galena, Cherokee County, Kansas, according to the recorded plat thereof.

AND

TRACT I: Lots Two hundred thirty-six (236), Two hundred thirty-seven (237), and the North Half of Two hundred thirty-eight (238), Block Sixteen (16), to the Original Plat of Galena, Cherokee County, Kansas, according to the recorded plat thereof.

TRACT II: Lots Nineteen (19) and the South Half of Twenty (20), Block Eight (8), Spring Grove Addition to Galena, Cherokee County, Kansas, according to the recorded plat thereof.

TRACT III: Lot Forty-four (44), Block Four (4), Cornwall Third Addition to Galena, Cherokee County, Kansas, according to the recorded plat thereof.

TRACT IV: Lot Forty-three (43) of The Galena Lead and Zinc Company 3rd Addition to Galena, Cherokee County, Kansas, according to the recorded plat thereof.

TRACT V: Lot Twelve (12), Galena Lead & Zinc Co.’s 4th Addition to Galena, Cherokee County, Kansas, according to the recorded plat thereof.

TRACT VII: The North Ten Feet (N 10’) of Lot One Hundred Twenty (120), and all of Lots One Hundred Twenty-one (121), One Hundred Twenty-two (122), One Hundred Twenty-three (123), One Hundred Twenty-four (124), and One Hundred Twenty-five (125) in the Smith and Moeller’s Addition to Galena, Cherokee County, Kansas, according to the recorded plat thereof.

Lot Seven (7) in Galena Lead and Zinc Company’s Third Addition to the City of Galena, Cherokee County, Kansas, according to the recorded plat thereof.

AND

Lots Nineteen (19) and Twenty (20) in Block Eighteen (18), in Spring Grove Addition to the City of Galena, According to the recorded Plat thereof, Cherokee County, Kansas;

AND

Lot Thirty-four (34), Woodlawn Addition to Galena, Cherokee County, Kansas, according to the recorded plat thereof.

said real property is levied upon and is to be sold as the property of the defendants, Larry Courtney, Palos Verdes Investment Group, LLC, CIDCO, LLC, C & N Corporation, Judy Courtney, now known as Judy Howe, and Larry Courtney, a/k/a Larry Gene Courtney, Trustee of the Larry Gene Courtney Revocable Trust Agreement, and will be sold without appraisal to satisfy said Order of Sale.
