Topeka- Support continues to pour in for U.S. Senate candidate Jake LaTurner’s campaign to replace retiring Senator Pat Roberts with over $500,000 raised in the first half of 2019. LaTurner released fundraising totals for the second quarter of 2019 today, showing over $200,000 raised between March and June, added to the over $300,000 raised in the first quarter of the year.
“Kansans are truly ready for generational change in Washington D.C. We need a conservative fighter in the U.S. Senate that will not back down when the pressure is on,” said LaTurner. “We are humbled by this tremendous support and will continue to be actively engaged in spreading our message across the state that we are the clear conservative choice for Kansas who can win in 2020.”
LaTurner launched his candidacy in January 2019 with his Contract with Kansas, outlining the seven nonnegotiable promises he has made to the people of Kansas. You can find out more about it at www.ContractwithKansas.com.
